The Army's not the Army anymore

Über den Komponisten ist mir bislang noch nichts bekannt. Das Lied wurde in Donald gets drafted verwendet und ist auch in Donalds anschließendem Wartime Cartoon The vanishing Private zu hören. Im Nachherein gesehen war das Stück natürlich ganz massive Propaganda, wird doch die US Armee von einem Cartoon-Star in höchsten Tönen schön gesungen. Ob man z.B. damals als Soldat wirklich bis 11 Uhr weiterschlafen durfte, wenn man um viertel nach Sieben noch zu müde zum Aufstehen war, wage ich doch sehr zu bezweifeln.
